Moderator's Biography

Dr. Chien-Wen, Lai is the Vice Superintendent of Changhua Christian Hospital, President of Taiwan Society of Biomedical Engineering, Ministry of Education approval Assistant Professor, Reviewer of Taiwan Hospital Association Journal, and Honorary Director of Chinese Institute of Engineers. Dr. Lai has extensive experience in hospital management, and counseling includes logistics, mechanical and electrical, and medical equipment management and the instructor of JCIA. Dr. Lai is also good in hospital planning and designing, special in energy management, such as green and clean energy technology. Dr. Lai is skillful at hospital architecture plans such as spatial layout and architectural flow planning in smart hospital planning and sustainable healthcare development.
